If your computer does not have an HDMI port and you want to connect two monitors, you will need an additional HDMI adapter.
- Please ensure you use an adapter that converts USB-C, DisplayPort (DP), VGA, or Thunderbolt to HDMI, rather than an adapter that converts HDMI to USB-C, DP, VGA, or Thunderbolt.
- We do not recommend using a USB to HDMI adapter for video transmission, as USB ports are intended for data transfer, not video or signal transmission.
- Additionally, we advise against using a multi-port USB hub, as it may result in no signal issues. A dedicated HDMI adapter is the best choice.
- If you're using a multi-port USB hub, select one that connects to a full-featured USB-C port, such as Thunderbolt 3.0 or 4.0. Additionally, verify that your computer's USB-C port is also full-featured.
- If you have a desktop computer, make sure the HDMI cable is connected to the graphics card rather than the motherboard.
