- Charging time: Approximately 2.5 hours with a 5V/1A adapter, or 4.5 hours with a 5V/0.5A adapter.
- Battery life: Up to 18 hours of active use on a full charge.
- Auto shut-off: The tablet will automatically power off after 15 minutes of inactivity to save battery.
Troubleshooting Tips
- If the blue light keeps flashing and won't connect: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer or device, and that the WH851 appears in your Bluetooth settings menu. Select it and follow your system prompts to connect.
- If the red light is flashing: Connect the tablet to a power source using the included USB-C cable. The red light will become solid while charging.
- If the white light turns off after connection: This is normal. The white light indicates a successful connection; it may remain on or turn off depending on the firmware version. As long as the tablet responds to pen input, the connection is active.
