Please install the GAOMON driver according to the following five essential tips and steps:
- Close all art programs and anti-virus programs first. Make sure there is no anti-virus program running in the background. (You can run the anti-virus program after the driver is well installed.)
- Please go to Control Panel--->Programs and Features--->make sure no driver from other tablet brands is installed (VERY IMPORTANT).
(P.S.: The Windows system graphics tablet driver does not need to be removed/uninstalled.)
- Please download the GAOMON driver from here: Gaomon Driver Download.
- When installing the GAOMON driver, it's crucial to remember to right-click on the installation file and choose ''Run as Administrator." Please refer to the following picture.
Please note that you should select "Run as administrator" before installing the driver, not after it is installed. - We DO NOT recommend changing the installation path. The default path is the Local Disk "C:/".
