Please make sure the USB & HDMI cables are inserted ALL THE WAY into the PD1161/PD1560/PD1561. In case it leads to the pen not responding or a no signal issue.
--For laptop users: Please plug the 3-in-1 cable and power plug securely.
--For desktop users: HDMI connector should plug into the graphics card (Area B), not to the motherboard (Area A).
Please note that if your computer has no HDMI port, check which port it has, such as VGA, DVI, DP, Type-C, etc. You may need to buy a one-to-one VGA, DVI, DP, or Type-C. etc. to an HDMI adapter to convert the video signal.
