Cursor Delay or Lag When Using a GAOMON Tablet

If your cursor is delayed or lagging while using your GAOMON tablet, follow the steps below to identify the cause and resolve the issue.

Check Whether the Issue Is Limited to Photoshop
- If the delay happens only in Photoshop, please refer to: How to Fix Cursor Delay in Photoshop.
- If the delay occurs in other programs or system-wide, continue with the steps below.
Uninstall the GAOMON Driver Completely
- Uninstall the GAOMON driver from your computer.
- After uninstalling, do not reinstall it yet.
Test the Pen Without the Driver
- Move the stylus on the tablet and observe the cursor:
  - If the cursor still lags without the driver:
    High CPU usage or system performance issues may be causing the delay.
    Check your Task Manager/Activity Monitor to see if any program is using excessive CPU.
  - If the cursor does NOT lag without the driver:
    Continue to Step 4.
Test the Tablet on Another Computer
- Connect your tablet to a different computer without installing the GAOMON driver and test the stylus again.
  - If there is no delay on the second computer:
    The issue is likely caused by your drawing software or your original computer's configuration.
    Try reinstalling the driver correctly or testing another drawing program.
  - If the delay also occurs on the second computer:
    The issue may be related to the tablet or driver.
    Please contact the GAOMON Support Team and provide the following:
    - Your drawing software version
    - Your computer operating system version
    - Your GAOMON driver version
Additional Tips
- Cursor lag can be caused by many factors, including software conflicts, outdated drivers, or system performance issues.
- If the steps above do not resolve the problem, reinstall the driver carefully or try using a different drawing program or computer.
