Overview
It's normal for slight color differences to appear between monitors — even between two screens of the same brand and model. Variations in panel type, calibration, and viewing angle can cause these differences.
However, if the color difference on your GAOMON PD2200 is too noticeable, you can manually adjust the display settings to achieve a more consistent color appearance.
- Step 1: Unlock the OSD (On‑Screen Display) Panel
- Long‑press the "M" key for 6 seconds to unlock the OSD panel.
- Once unlocked, the OSD menu will appear on the screen.
Tip: If you don't press any keys for 15 seconds, the OSD panel will automatically close. If this timeout feels too short, you can adjust it in the OSD Settings menu to keep the panel open longer.
- Step 2: Adjust Color Settings
- To fine‑tune the color balance:
- Open the OSD menu.
- Navigate to RGB Color → Color Effect → User.
- Under User Mode, you can adjust the Hue and Saturation values for the following colors:
- Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Yellow, Magenta

- Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Yellow, Magenta
- Experiment with these settings until the display color looks natural and matches your other monitor as closely as possible.

Tips for Best Results
- Compare your PD2200 with a calibrated reference monitor if available.
- Avoid setting brightness or contrast too high — this can distort color perception.
- Keep your workspace lighting consistent when adjusting colors.
- For professional color work, consider using a hardware color calibrator.
